FORGED STEEL GRINDING MEDIA

Ball sizes in the range from 38 mm to 76 mm are manufactured on the Roll-former line. Larger diameter forged steel media up to 125 mm diameter are manufactured by upset forging.

Steel chemistry and heat treatment are tailored to ball diameter and intended application to optimise mechanical integrity and wear resistance.
