MINING PRODUCTS

MANTLES & BOWL LINERS

Scaw manufactures a range of manganese crusher components ranging from 1.5 tons to 16 tons in net weight such as the Bowl liners, mantles and concaves at both the Benoni and Germiston Foundries.

MILL LINERS

A recently commissioned dedicated mill liner production facility has the capacity to manufacture 5000 tons of abrasion resistant high chromium iron liners per annum. Metallurgical control, developed foundry techniques and controlled heat treatment ensure that the customer receives a product of consistent quality and durability. A variety of alloys are available to ensure optimal life dependant on the demand of the operational conditions of the liner.

GROUND ENGAGING TOOLS

A comprehensive range of Ground Engaging Tools is produced under licence from ESCO Corporation USA.

DRAG LINE PARTS

Cast Steel Drag Line Parts, including Chains.

The full range of drag line castings from the bucket teeth to the drag and hoist chains and the sheave wheels are manufactured at our Benoni facility. These parts are available as an Esco product or to the OEM design.

TRACK SHOES

Cast Steel and Manganese Track Shoes are produced for a range of Heavy Mining and Earthmoving Equipment.
