Scaw's Boksburg ; Dimbaza and Eclipse Foundries have the following production facilities within the group

• Pattern shops within each facility
• The group stores and maintains the largest pattern library of its kind in the world
• HWS Sinto - automated high pressure greensand moulding machine (50-1000kg)
• Three jobbing foundries
• Two Disamatic 2000 Series (Steel and S.G. Iron: 0.1-20kg)
• Continuous chain casting plant for chill casting grinding media
• Total casting capacity of 5000 tons per month
• Multiple heat treatment facilities
• Two fully equipped machine shops

Quality Assurance (ISO 9001: 2000 Accredited)
Certified inspectors carry out visual, dimensional, dye penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic and radiographic examinations. Full mechanical testing facilities are available with certification on request.
