Today, the Scaw Metals Group announces changes to the role of the Executive Chairman. The current Executive Chairman, Mr Ufikile Khumalo has been appointed by the Company’s majority shareholder, the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) to become the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Foskor Ltd with effect from 1 April 2016.
